Customer Experience Supervisor Opportunity Summary: Customer Experience Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the operation of managing a profitable service department through productive staffing, strong customer satisfaction, cost controls, setting and meeting objectives with high initiative for change, and control of service activity to ensure all work scheduled is performed to the customer's satisfaction. Job Duties: • Assist customers with setting service appointments, and keeping our clients informed of the status of their vehicles in for service. • Open and close work orders in a timely manner. • Research vehicle recalls, services, and repair information with manufacturers' websites. • Able to sell needed vehicle maintenance and repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous, and professional manner. Work Experience and Qualifications: • 3+ years' experience with heavy-duty dealership and/or diesel service environment. • Strong working knowledge of dealer business systems (e.g., ADP Dealer System). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong customer service skills. • Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
