Full Description

We are looking to expand our Warehouse Management System (WMS) team to accelerate the implementation of Manhattan and are recruiting for a WMS Implementation Leader. This role will immerse in the Manhattan Active WMS, lead design for new and existing customers, and coordinate support to enable sites to cutover successfully and sustain effective processes. This salary position will work in the office, work remotely, and travel to various WSI locations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collaborate with startup, site, and customer service teams to document business requirements • Facilitate and guide group decision-making toward processes that are standard, scalable, and optimal • Develop a deep understanding of the Manhattan WMS to identify gaps and offer solutions • Manage implementation projects to support dependencies and keep work on schedule • Accelerate change via impeccable communication, strategic thinking, and site advocacy • Travel to various WSI sites (up to 50%) to perform duties related to site readiness and Go Live support REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Excellent communicator, listening to understand and able to explain the approach and process. • Able to influence effectively to accelerate implementation. • Able to work well with a variety of different levels of people throughout the organization and with customers. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Skilled in real-time communication with the ability to listen actively, respond thoughtfully, and secure buy-in • Moderate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook with a willingness to build skills as needed to perform duties • Self-motivated and accountable to resolve constraints and prioritize work to keep projects on track • 2 years leading teams, facilitating improvements, or driving process change in a warehouse environment • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various WSI sites to assist in preparation and implementation
