Role Overview: As the Northeast WI Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing our regional programs. You will be responsible for managing program operations, fostering stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that support workforce development and community engagement. What You'll Do: - You will develop, implement, and manage workforce development programs tailored to the needs of Northeast Wisconsin. - You will coordinate with local employers, training providers, and community partners to align program goals with industry demands. - You will monitor program performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to measure impact and inform continuous improvement. - You will lead outreach efforts to recruit participants and promote program awareness within the community. - You will manage budgets, contracts, and grant compliance to ensure efficient use of resources. - You will facilitate training sessions, workshops, and meetings to support participant success and stakeholder engagement. - You will supervise program staff and provide mentorship to foster a collaborative and productive team environment. - You will stay informed on industry trends and workforce development best practices to enhance program effectiveness. What You Bring: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within workforce development or related fields. - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track program outcomes. - Experience managing budgets, grants, and compliance requirements. - Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving program goals. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the manufacturing or construction sectors. - Knowledge of the Northeast Wisconsin economic and labor market landscape. - Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising strategies. - Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations.
