Job Title: Northeast WI Program Manager Company Overview: WRTP|BIG STEP is a leading workforce development organization dedicated to connecting individuals with meaningful career opportunities in the manufacturing and construction industries. With a strong commitment to community impact and economic growth, we provide innovative training programs and support services to help individuals and employers thrive. Role Overview: As the Northeast WI Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing our regional programs. You will be responsible for managing program operations, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that empower participants and meet community needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop, implement, and manage workforce development programs tailored to the needs of Northeast Wisconsin. - You will coordinate with local employers, educational institutions, and community organizations to foster collaboration and resource sharing. - You will monitor program performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to measure impact and inform improvements. - You will lead outreach efforts to recruit participants and promote program awareness. - You will manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure program goals are met efficiently. - You will provide guidance and support to program staff and volunteers. - You will identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing and reporting. - You will represent WRTP|BIG STEP at community events and stakeholder meetings. What You Bring: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in workforce development or a related field. - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Experience with budget management and grant administration. - A passion for community development and workforce empowerment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the manufacturing or construction sectors. - Knowledge of the Northeast Wisconsin labor market and community resources. - Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising strategies. - Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations.
