Role Overview: As the Northeast WI Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing key workforce development initiatives in the region. This role requires a strategic thinker and skilled organizer who can effectively manage programs, engage stakeholders, and drive impactful outcomes that support both job seekers and employers. What You'll Do: - You will develop, implement, and manage workforce development programs tailored to the needs of Northeast Wisconsin. - You will coordinate with community partners, employers, and training providers to ensure program success and alignment with industry demands. - You will monitor program performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to measure impact and inform continuous improvement. - You will lead outreach efforts to recruit participants and promote program awareness within the community. - You will manage budgets, contracts, and grant compliance to ensure efficient use of resources. - You will facilitate training sessions, workshops, and meetings to support participant skill development and employer engagement. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support program goals. - You will stay informed on industry trends and workforce development best practices to enhance program effectiveness. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in workforce development or related fields. - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track program outcomes. - Experience managing budgets, grants, and contracts. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the manufacturing or construction sectors. - Knowledge of the Northeast Wisconsin labor market and community resources. - Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising. - Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations.
