Description: • Serve as the primary advisor to clinical practices, building trust and long-term partnerships • Conduct detailed evaluations of practice workflows, patient scheduling, staffing structures, billing, revenue cycle management, and care delivery models • Collaborate with clients to design strategic roadmaps that improve patient access and optimize physician productivity • Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations • Recommend and guide the integration of new technologies such as EHR/EMR optimization Requirements: • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field (required) • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in practice operations, patient flow, and financial outcomes • Prior client-facing consulting experience strongly preferred • Hands-on expertise in Healthcare Administration, including overseeing staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations Benefits: • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development
