Overview The Regional Recruiting Manager role is crucial to the success of Wrench Group’s business growth in the Home Installation and Repair Services Industry. In this role, you will be a multi-location business partner developing and executing sourcing and recruiting to support hiring and retention strategies. Your predominant responsibilities include identifying and attracting qualified candidates through both hands-on execution and strategic planning, accountability leadership with location recruiters and talent coordinators, be the recruiting advocate with location leadership and have an exceptional balance of drive and commitment. Lead a team of Recruiters in high volume skilled trades and professional hiring. Hold the team accountable to individual and team metrics. Daily coaching of team members (ie: recruitment training, listening in on recruiting phone calls, formal 30-day performance conversations, etc.). Driving continuous process improvements; find and solve the bottlenecks in the recruiting process. Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to fully understand location hiring objectives, requirements and workforce planning. Create and implement sustainable recruiting programs to meet regional locations various hiring needs. In partnership with Senior Leadership, implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants. Organize and/or attend career fairs, trade school interactions and other events to drive hiring. Keep a pipeline of talent to fill recruiting positions as the business grows. Personally recruit for roles defined by corporate hiring needs and by location. Travel to locations for face to face interaction. Qualifications Do I Have What It Takes? 10 years of experience in Recruiting and Retention with at least 5 years in leadership roles (a balance of Corporate and Staffing Agency experience is a plus). Knowledge of the Skilled Trades Industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Water Treatment) HIGHLY desired. Familiarity with a variety of different sourcing and selection methods. Clear understanding that recruiting requires both outbound (build relationships to create a pipeline of candidates) AND inbound (review large volumes of resumes) effort. Experience building, monitoring and analyzing Recruitment Marketing Campaigns. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases; iCIMS preferred. Proven ability to hold employees accountable to performance all while creating an environment of motivation and drive to succeed through positive reinforcement, coaching and performance counseling. A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. Position can be remote with annual regional travel about 25% of the time.
