Full Description

is seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Manager to bring structure and coordination to our growing consulting practice. After 12 years of growth, we need someone who can manage the operational complexity between our engineering delivery, client relationships, and internal processes. This role reports directly to the founding partners and will be instrumental in scaling our business. What You'll Do Executive Support & Coordination • Manage email, calendars, and meeting coordination for both founding partners • Act as the central point of coordination between sales, engineering, and client teams • Triage incoming requests and route appropriately Technical Project Management • Oversee project lifecycle from procurement through implementation • Coordinate between engineering teams (including our India office) and clients • Track orders, deliveries, inventory, and ensure timely execution • Manage migration and implementation schedules • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational problems Client-Facing Operations • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients during project execution • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Maintain diplomatic, polished communication in all client interactions • Help maintain quality standards on all client deliverables What You Bring Required • 5-6+ years of progressive experience in technical operations, project management, or similar roles • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects from start to finish • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise implementations • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership • Comfortable in varied and fast-paced environments Strongly Preferred • Experience with cloud infrastructure projects • Background coordinating between technical and sales teams • Familiarity with procurement, vendor management, and inventory tracking • Experience supporting executive leadership Work Arrangement • Location: Jersey City New Jersey (proximity to NYC preferred) • Hybrid: Mix of office, remote, and client sites (50 miles) • Travel: Periodic travel required for client meetings and site visits What We Offer A chance to shape operations at a well-established consulting firm, work directly with the founders, and make an immediate impact on how we scale our business.
