Senior Director, e-Commerce & Digital Experience Location: Denver, CO The Opportunity WOW! is seeking a transformational Senior Director, eCommerce & Digital Experience, to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer digital sales ecosystem. This executive will own WOW!’s online acquisition channel, digital revenue growth, website experience, and conversion performance ensuring a seamless, high-performing customer journey from awareness through checkout and onboarding. You will sit at the intersection of: ✔ Growth strategy ✔ UX & customer experience ✔ Digital merchandising ✔ Product & technology collaboration ✔ Analytics-driven optimization If you are a data-driven digital leader who knows how to turn traffic into revenue and experience into loyalty, this is your opportunity to build and scale a true digital growth engine. Offers Base salary up to $215,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus short-term incentive plan, and comprehensive benefits including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & company holidays Tuition reimbursement for continued development Employee broadband discounts Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following: E-Commerce Strategy & Revenue Ownership Own digital commerce strategy and online revenue targets Develop multi-year roadmap for digital acquisition and conversion growth Define KPIs including CVR, AOV, CAC, digital penetration rate, abandonment rate, and LTV Lead initiatives to increase direct-to-consumer online sales contribution Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Drive full-funnel optimization across landing pages, product detail pages, cart, and checkout Lead A/B and multivariate testing strategy Improve site speed, usability, personalization, and mobile performance Partner with Analytics to implement advanced testing frameworks Digital Experience & UX Leadership Own end-to-end website customer journey strategy Collaborate with Product and IT to prioritize digital enhancements Ensure seamless integration between marketing, ordering systems, and CRM Lead personalization and segmentation initiatives Digital Merchandising & Offer Strategy Optimize product presentation, bundling, pricing displays, and promotional placements Partner with Growth Marketing on campaign landing strategies Align merchandising with promotional calendar and competitive response Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Growth Marketing to align paid media with landing page strategy Work closely with Brand to ensure consistency of messaging and experience Align with Sales, Field Marketing, and Customer Experience on digital-first initiatives Present digital performance and roadmap updates to executive leadership Technology & Platform Management Oversee website platform, testing tools, personalization engines, and performance tracking systems Evaluate and implement new digital commerce technologies Ensure governance, scalability, and operational excellence Other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Required Education and Experience 10+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, digital product, or DTC growth leadership Proven success driving measurable online revenue growth Experience in telecom, broadband, subscription services, or complex service-based offerings preferred Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization and digital analytics Strong understanding of digital platforms, CMS systems, and marketing technology stacks Executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership experience Experience managing and developing high-performing digital teams Skills and Abilities to be Successful in this Role Increased percentage of total subscriber acquisitions through digital channels Improved conversion rates and reduced cost per acquisition High-performing, frictionless digital customer journey Measurable lift from structured testing and personalization Strong executive confidence in digital revenue strategy Physical Demands/Working Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
