Prior Medical Assistant experience, bilingual English and Spanish, technology comfort with EMR and scheduling software, strong organizational and communication skills, reliable transportation, and professional demeanor.
Work Schedule & Location • Full-time position, 5 days per week in the Ontario office • Primarily based at the main office, with occasional fieldwork as needed • Rare travel to the San Diego office for supply deliveries Required Experience & Skills • Prior Medical Assistant experience (clinic or field preferred) • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Comfortable with technology: EMR systems, scheduling software, and basic office tools • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to multitask and manage daily office operations efficiently Key Responsibilities • Coordinate office workflow and scheduling • Support medical staff with administrative and clinical tasks • Occasionally assist in the field with patient or provider support • Deliver supplies to satellite offices when needed (rare) • Accept and manage packages/deliveries Additional Requirements • Reliable transportation for occasional travel • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
