Assist with daily administrative tasks, support sales and marketing activities, and manage event logistics.
Basic administrative skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and ability to support sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities (Monday – Friday) • Greet and assist walk-ins (As needed) • Answer and direct all phone calls (As needed) • Support sales brokers (As needed) Brokerage & General Sales Support • Update physical listing folders (As needed) • Create and update brokerage listing materials – Specifications, Photography, MLS sites, etc. (As needed) • Pipedrive CRM support • Moorage contract support Marketing • Generate Advertisements & Coverage (Monthly) • Afloat Fall Show (September) • Various Open Houses & Unique Events (As needed) • Participation in Palm Beach International Boat Show & Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show Operations • Check mail (Daily) • Cleaning – Dust, Lysol Surfaces, Trash, Recycling, Plants, Dishes, etc. (Weekly) • Manage Invoices (Twice Monthly) • Maintain lead tracking and Pipedrive updates (Weekly) • Schedule and manage meetings (Weekly – Wednesday’s at 11amPST) • Ordering supplies - Interface with accounting (As needed) • Storage Unit - Keep inventory records and maintain the organization • Create and schedule vessel and newsletter campaigns in Pipedrive • and/or iContact (Weekly & Monthly) • Listing Proposals (As needed) Marketing Reports (As needed) • Extra Efforts – Blogs, Press Releases, Unique Materials, etc. (As needed) • Update window signage (Monthly) • Update listing videos (As needed) Boat Shows & Events - Manage and Support • Seattle Boats Afloat Spring Show (April) • Seattle Boats
