Description: • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Five9) • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales function or direct selling role • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Customer Engagement tools) • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits: • Competitive compensation • Exciting career opportunities
