Input and manage data, maintain databases, process purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and assist multiple departments.
Requires basic computer skills including Word and ten-key experience, with Excel knowledge as a plus, and ability to perform data entry and purchasing tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operates computer terminal to input and retrieve data. • Runs, sorts and distributes daily queries and reports for all departments. • Collects and inputs data into system as necessary for all operations departments. • Maintains and updates various data bases. Maintains and updates various databases for the Receiving, Returns, Inventory Control and Shipping Departments on Excel program. • Responsible for the purchasing process of supplies which includes creating, faxing PO’s to vendors and creating the receiving shipments when goods arrive. • Reconciles invoices to PO differences, including working with the vendors and PO requestors for supplies. • Performs special projects and assignments. • Assists other departments as needed. • Key Qualifications: • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • The associate chosen must have a working knowledge of Word and have ten key experiences.
