Job Profile Summary The Corporate Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility infrastructure of World Pac’s warehouses and offices. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment while managing vendor relationships, budgets, and facility-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, leadership experience, and the ability to drive process improvements. Job Description Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including building repairs, preventative maintenance, security, and business continuity planning. • Manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and operational efficiency. • Lead external vendors to ensure high standards of service and maintenance. • Maintain policies for preventative maintenance, safety, security, and regulatory compliance. • Support facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and system upgrades. • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for services such as cleaning, security, HVAC, and landscaping. • Partner with EHS leader to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building operations and workplace safety. • Support sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices within facilities. Qualifications • High school diploma or Associate's Degree preferred. • 3+ years of experience in commercial facility management, construction management or related fields. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent organizational and project management abilities. • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards. • Knowledge in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications • Facility Manager (FM) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent industry certification. • Background in managing multiple commercial facilities. • Some travel - 10% - 25% when needed.
