5-8 years of dairy processing experience, leadership skills, process knowledge in dairy products, and a technical degree.
Our client is a Food and Dairy products company, privately held, profitable and fast growing in the marketplace. QA Manager (or Sr) Opportunity, CT • Lead and develop a team of up to (9) direct reports in a 5 day/week 2 shift production facility • Develop and implement robust quality systems and structured procedures for optimal results • Strong knowledge with Allergens, GMP’s, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, PCQI and PMO/regulatory compliance • Collaborate with internal partners during plant expansion project and hire additional QA Team members • Work closely with Production Team members for robust training and accountability standards • Collect, measure, and share data for informed decision making • Reports direct to the VP Operations with dotted line to the CEO/Founder for regular collaboration and rapid impact • Demonstrated record of people development and confidence in leadership abilities Qualifications: • Technical Degree along with 5-8 years of progressive dairy processing experience to include leadership • Track record of developing people and delivering results • Process knowledge with yogurt, dairy desserts or cheese is a plus! • Bi-lingual is a plus!
