Lead and manage global employee experience and inclusion programs, coordinate cross-region collaboration, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, and support strategic alignment with talent acquisition.
Proven experience managing regional/global programs, strong cross-cultural communication, collaboration with HR and talent acquisition, organizational skills, and familiarity with employee engagement initiatives.
• Analyze feedback with regional leads to develop appropriate follow-up actions. • Develop and manage program budgets for international WWT For All initiatives. • Manage vendor and partner relationships. • Oversee logistics for global events, training, travel, and other operational needs. • Stay updated on theory, research, and global trends. • Pilot new approaches and scale successful initiatives. • Share learnings across regions and encourage cross-region collaboration. • Foster strategic alignment with the Talent Acquisition team to support inclusive hiring practices. • Collaborate with the Global Employee Experience team (including Global Community Impact and Employee Engagement) to ensure development and retention practices are aligned with regional For All teams. • Create opportunities for feedback from regional programs, leads, and participants, sharing insights with WWT leadership. Qualifications: • Proven experience leading regional or global programs across multiple geographies (EMEA, LATAM, APAC, Canada). • Strong ability to align regional initiatives with overarching corporate strategies. • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and driving accountability across regions. • Skilled in facilitating meaningful dialogue across cultures and geographies. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, employee groups, and external partners. • Experience in promoting employee engagement through storytelling, creative initiatives, and community-building efforts. • Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and collaboration with talent acquisition teams. • Experience working with employee experience or HR teams to support development, retention, and career growth strategies. • Ability to define, track, and report on program metrics and outcomes. • Deep understanding of regional nuances and cultural dynamics across international markets. • Experience working in a global organization with sensitivity to local customs, languages, and business practices. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with Employee Resource Groups or similar employee-led initiatives. • Background in corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, or organizational development. • Familiarity with remote and hybrid work environments and managing virtual teams.
