Qualifications • 7-10 years in strategic planning, business operations, or a related field, with progressive levels of management experience • Experienced in developing and scaling enablement programs, including training materials, workshops, and best practices that support responsible and effective adoption, experience with AI is a plus! • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to educate, influence, and engage stakeholders. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results. • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, change management principles, and leadership development strategies. • Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes through effective OD interventions. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $106,400.00 to $159,600.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in thebasepay. The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
