The Sr. Initiatives Delivery Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, transformational strategic initiatives. This role combines a consulting-led program management discipline with internal stakeholder engagement expertise to deliver measurable business impact.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operational project management and at least 5 years in management consulting is required.
Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (required). * Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field (preferred). A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. * Minimum 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in an operational project management office role for a global company. * Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex, and transformational programs or initiatives. * Minimum 5 years of management consulting experience. * Strong leadership and team-building skills. * Strategic planning and execution abilities. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Change management and stakeholder engagement expertise. * Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Works with minimal direction toward predetermined long-range goals. * Develops and mentors junior team members. * Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and practices. * Domestic travel up to 10%. Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $122,500.00 to $153,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. The well-being of WWT employees is essential. The Sr. Initiatives Delivery Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, transformational strategic initiatives. This role combines a consulting-led program management discipline with internal stakeholder engagement expertise, to deliver measurable business impact. The Sr. Initiatives Delivery Manager builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understands their needs, to address critical business challenges. This role requires continuous growth in learning industry best practices and trends in Services business operations. Key Responsibilities * Lead large scale, complex strategic internal initiatives across SC&E and supports WWT corporate led initiatives as needed. * Oversee day-to-day project delivery, team management, and interactions with multiple internal stakeholder groups, including facilitating engagement of SI&GO leadership, IT, and others as needed. * Develop and maintain program governance frameworks, including charters, plans, and documentation to ensure alignment and accountability to program objectives. * Owns documentation and organization for complex programs, applying strong analytical and communication skills to drive stakeholder alignment, project success, and team performance. * Lead and manage matrixed teams of initiative managers, business systems analysts, organizational change management consultants, data and reporting analysts, and IT partners. * Monitor program performance and progress against strategic goals, identifying and mitigating risks and issues. * Communicate program status updates and recommendations to senior leadership and key internal stakeholders.
