Qualifications:  * A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in related field * Experience with contract and vendor negotiations * Project management, financial/budget management, and resource management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High degree of self-initiative, dependability, and ability to work wiht little supervision. * Ability to conceptualize complex business and technical requirements and transform them into comprehensible models and templates * Informed on technological trends and developments    Requirements  * Up to 20% domestic travel Want to learn more about the ATC? A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $126,000.00 to $158,000.00 annually [or $xx.xx to $xx.xx per hour]. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.     The well-being of WWT employees is essential. We call it an ecosystem that is front ended by our WWT Platform (Website). It's the place engineers and architects go for exclusive resources, guidance and tools. In the ATC, we provide Labs, Learning Paths, Cyber Range, Proof of Concepts, Lab Hosting Programs, and WWT Research. These offerings are meant for our Customers, Partners, and Internal Employees who need training and education on the latest and greatest solutions across all technology domains.       What will you be doing?   Lead and manage the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) Services Sales team. The ideal candidate is an integrator of people and processes, a thought leader, a problem solver, a mentor to direct reports, an effective consultant, and should possess solid domain competency in technology, partner solutions, and specifically services sales.     Lead and manage the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) Services Sales team. The ideal candidate is an integrator of people and processes, a thought leader, a problem solver, a mentor to direct reports, an effective consultant, and should possess solid domain competency in technology, partner solutions, and specifically services sales.   Responsibilities:  * Manage the ATC Services Sales Team, including hiring, training, staff development, performance management, and annual compensation review * Develop, manage, and operate a business Development and Services Sales Go-To-Market strategy in the ATC that is in alignment with ATC and WWT vision and yearly goals. * Engage with Senior and Executive Leadership in our WWT accounts internally and externally to influence and close opportunity deals. * Manage the workload of the team and handle internal and external escalations coming from Account teams, Partner/OEMs, and Customers. * Work directly with various ATC stakeholders and teams to ultimately sell our services solutions, and ensure successful transition of opportunities into our ATC delivery teams responsible for delivery for our customers.
