Senior FBO Account Executive (Business Aviation) Location: San Diego, CA (Remote – managing CA/HI portfolio for bulk fuel) Join World Fuel and help power the future of Business Aviation. We’re looking for a dynamic Sr. FBO Account Executive to lead our California and Hawaii portfolio, driving growth and delivering exceptional value to our customers in the bulk fuel and aviation sectors. Compensation: $100k - $110k salary plus bonuses What You’ll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of business aviation customers across CA and HI. Lead competitive negotiations, pricing strategies, and account development to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Translate complex supply chain and pricing dynamics into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal sales teams. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and long-term partnerships. Represent World Fuel at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. What We’re Looking For Experience: 8–10 years in bulk fuel, aviation fuel supply, or business aviation sales with direct customer-facing responsibility. Sales & Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of aviation fuel supply chain fundamentals, index-based pricing, terminal sourcing, haul logistics, and competitive positioning. Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to coach and guide teams with a positive, constructive approach. Technical: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with AI tools.
