Senior Contract & Pricing Analyst – Commercial Aviation Location: Miami-Doral, FL At World Fuel, we power businesses and communities worldwide with innovative energy solutions. As a Senior Contract & Pricing Analyst – Commercial Aviation, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Commercial Aviation division, ensuring smooth contract processes and accurate pricing for clients across the U.S. and U.K. What You’ll Do Lead Contract Management: Handle bid processing, RFP/BSA quotes, revisions, and awards with precision. Ensure Accuracy: Validate billing inquiries and disputes, and deliver timely, accurate pricing for both contract and ad-hoc requests. Collaborate Globally: Work closely with Sales Support, Supply, Legal, Credit, and Pricing teams to drive operational success. Own Reporting: Manage SLA/Dashboard reporting and special customer reports that influence strategic decisions. Innovate Processes: Support automation (RPA) initiatives and streamline workflows for efficiency. Bridge Teams: Coordinate contract bid management with BPA, Pricing, and Fee teams to ensure seamless execution. What Makes You Stand Out Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Oracle & Alteryx systems. Excellent communication skills to build relationships across teams. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. Adaptable and eager to learn new processes in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred. 5+ years of experience in analytical or financial reporting roles.
