As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be the strategic connector between business needs and tech solutions, helping deliver smarter, faster, and more impactful digital experiences to our global customers. What You’ll Own Be the Business Advocate: Translate complex needs into clear, actionable user stories that drive product success. Fuel Agile Success: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sprint goals are aligned and achievable. Champion Quality: Guide QA efforts and validate that solutions meet business expectations. Deliver Insights: Use data to uncover risks, recommend improvements, and support smart decision-making. Lead with Influence: Present findings to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Thrive in Motion: Juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. What You Bring 4+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong grasp of business systems, process improvement, and digital product development. Excellent communicator and collaborator. SQL proficiency and comfort working with technical teams. Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic setting. Bonus Points If You Have Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools. Technical fluency and ease working with developers/testers.
