Workstate seeks a Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery while promoting high-quality standards in our software development life cycle. This position is a remote opportunity available to U.S. residents who are eligible to work for any employer without need for visa sponsorship or transfer. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated some of the following skills professionally, but not necessarily all: • 5+ years of experience in program management, specifically in technical environments • Proven experience in managing software development projects from inception to delivery • Large program experience involving multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise communication for diverse stakeholder groups • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail • Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency in risk management and conflict resolution • A background in software development or engineering is preferred • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Nice to have: • Software engineering background • Quality Assurance background
