Workstate seeks a Native iOS Tech Lead to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of cutting-edge iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C. You will guide a team of developers in architectural decisions, code reviews, and best practices while ensuring the delivery of maintainable and scalable solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to implementing new features and optimizing performance. This is a full time role for legal residents of the United States with the right to work for any company without current or future need of visa sponsorship. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the following areas: • 7+ years of progressive experience in iOS application development, with a strong emphasis on Swift and Objective-C • Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams in mobile projects • In-depth knowledge of iOS frameworks, design patterns, and best coding practices • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and application performance optimization • Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git • Experience working in an Agile development environment and fostering collaboration • Excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution • Retirement plan with employer match • Paid company holidays • PTO and Sick Leave
