Workstate seeks a Native iOS Tech Lead to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of cutting-edge iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C. You will guide a team of developers in architectural decisions, code reviews, and best practices while ensuring the delivery of maintainable and scalable solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to implementing new features and optimizing performance. This is a full time role for legal residents of the United States with the right to work for any company without current or future need of visa sponsorship. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the following areas: • 7+ years of progressive experience in iOS application development, with a strong emphasis on Swift and Objective-C • Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams in mobile projects • In-depth knowledge of iOS frameworks, design patterns, and best coding practices • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and application performance optimization • Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git • Experience working in an Agile development environment and fostering collaboration • Excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution • Retirement plan with employer match • Paid company holidays • PTO and Sick Leave
