About the Role Worksoft is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the development of our software products from inception through delivery, working closely with our customers, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure we build solutions that delight our customers and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Own the product roadmap and strategy for specified product modules, balancing customer needs with business goals * Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and data analysis * Create detailed product specifications that communicate requirements clearly to engineering and design teams * Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and feature prioritization * Work with internal stakeholders to develop positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for new products and features * Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and our competitive landscape * Present product vision and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders Qualifications * 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years developing enterprise software products * Strong understanding of COTS business process software, with particular focus on LOB systems such as SAP S4, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and ServiceNow * Proven track record of successfully shipping high-quality software products * Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions * Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to articulate product vision * Experience with agile development methodologies * Experience working with and presenting to Executive leadership and Customers Preferred Skills * Knowledge of user research methodologies * Understanding of software development principles and processes * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) * MBA or technical advanced degree preferred but not required Experience: 10+ years Mode of Work: Remote Location: United States Sponsorship: No visa sponsorship available for this position About Worksoft Worksoft empowers businesses to deliver flawless applications with greater speed and efficiency through our end-to-end business process discovery, documentation, testing, and automation solutions.
