Serve as a strategic advisor, define and execute finance systems roadmaps, and lead the analysis, design, and delivery of finance system solutions.
Extensive experience in finance systems analysis, ERP implementation, and supporting finance/Accounting in enterprise environments, with knowledge of SOX, ITGC, and Agile methodologies.
Job Description: • Serve as a strategic advisor to Finance, Accounting, and Business Technology leadership • Define, prioritize, and execute the Finance systems roadmap aligned to business goals • Lead analysis, design, and delivery of complex Finance system solutions • Architect and configure scalable solutions across ERP, procurement, close, and expense platforms • Optimize and automate core Finance workflows (O2C, P2P, R2R) to improve efficiency and controls • Ensure systems support SOX, ITGC, and audit requirements • Lead end-to-end delivery of system initiatives, from requirements through deployment and change management • Partner with stakeholders to enable reporting, analytics, and data integrity • Identify high-value business problems and design innovative, scalable solutions • Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and delivery performance • Coach and influence peers while setting a high standard for solution quality and collaboration • Stay current on Finance technology trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems or Business Systems Analysis supporting Finance/Accounting in a SaaS or enterprise environment • Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycles • Experience implementing or optimizing an ERP platform (Sage Intacct, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite or SAP) • Hands-on experience with Finance applications such as Coupa, BlackLine, Concur, or Salesforce • Proven ability to deliver scalable, business-critical Finance solutions • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or public company environment • Strong understanding of SOX and ITGC controls • Experience working in Agile environments and leading complex initiatives • ERP implementation or consulting experience • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
