Full Description

Description: • Lead the delivery of contracted services to customers and partners • Perform detailed discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements • Create solution designs that achieve outcomes within the Workiva platform • Directly interface with customers and partners to deliver standardized solutions • Maintain and enhance knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform through ongoing training • Participate in leading and mentoring peers and Associates, assist with onboarding, and participate in ongoing training efforts • Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, customer success, support, solution engineering, and product development Requirements: • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field. • 6 years of experience in service delivery roles, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field. • Bilingual in Portuguese (Business/Executive level) • 4 years and a Master’s degree (preferred) • Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions and their related technology platforms (preferred) • Hands-on experience within the Workiva platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures (preferred) • Consultant level at a services company or public accounting (preferred) • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to present topics clearly and succinctly • Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Ability to influence and drive change in business processes • Enhanced technology knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus • Ability to travel up to 25% Benefits: • A discretionary bonus typically paid annually • Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire • 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
