Title: Campaign Manager – Multi-Channel Customer Journeys Industry: Tech / Entertainment Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months, with potential to extend Responsibilities: • Lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, push, and in-app messaging. • Build and manage customer journeys and automation workflows across CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Blaze, or similar tools. • Develop and run A/B tests to improve campaign performance, personalization, and engagement metrics. • Monitor campaign health and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Data, Product, and Design to ensure campaigns align with strategic business objectives. • Document campaign workflows, best practices, and lessons learned to support scalability and knowledge sharing. • Maintain a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and apply insights to improve retention and engagement strategies. Requirements: • 7–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or CRM campaign management for subscription-based products or services. • Proven hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Blaze, Mercury). • Strong technical and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify performance drivers and implement process improvements. • Expertise in customer segmentation, personalization, and journey orchestration. • Experience managing push notifications and real-time customer communications. • Understanding of user acquisition, engagement, retention, and re-engagement strategies. • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of leading multi-functional initiatives. • Experience within the entertainment or digital media industry is a plus.
