Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, payroll for temporary employees, and client communication primarily for warehouse roles.
Senior recruiter with bilingual Spanish/English skills, experience in high volume warehouse recruiting, ability to conduct various interview types, and familiarity with recruiting tools; Avionte and NOVATIME experience is a plus.
We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Recruiter to assist with the full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. For recruiting, you will also be required to fill temporary positions for the client accounts. Some of the recruiting tools that may be utilized should be social media networks and employee referrals. You will also interact as an agency representative with our client, conducting daily check ins with our clients and accessing needs and establishing rapport. Responsibilities • Hours: 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday • Experience with high volume recruitment for warehouses • Avionte experience is a PLUS • Spanish/English fluency • Complete and review payroll for all temporary employees. • Experience with NOVATIME is a plus • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc • Screen candidates resumes and job applications • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Skills • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills #INT123 Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
