The Opportunity We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Independent Contractors providing Recruitment and Business Development services. This role is ideal for experienced recruiters, account managers, or sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment and want the freedom to control their own success. Key Responsibilities • Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for open positions with our clients and partners. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business opportunities. • Collaborate with the Workforce Capital team to match client needs with available talent. • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job intake to placement. • Drive revenue growth through both recruitment and business development activities.
