About the Role You will collaborate with the team on the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution. Your contributions will be critical in realizing our innovative vision to deliver best-in class AI agentic solutions. Product Leadership & Collaboration: Establish strong and positive relationships with engineering, data science, product management, design and product marketing teams to implement the vision, strategy and roadmap Collaborate closely with a diverse set of people including domain experts, technology teams, and external collaborators to align on specific needs of customers. Product Development: Contribute to the ideation, design, and implementation of new AI solutions and features Define product requirements based on industry trends, compliance standards, and customer feedback Clear articulation of various monetization strategies to increase revenue Market Analysis: Stay informed about advancements in generative and predictive AI, machine learning, and the broader HR and Finance tech landscape Conduct market research to find opportunities and challenges unique to the targeted industry We’re looking for versatile people who love a fast-paced environment, want to ship customer value early and often, and make an impact with groundbreaking ideas. The right candidate for this role is a skilled problem solver first and foremost - they should enjoy challenging and exciting problems, coming up with creative solutions, and guiding and teaching their counterparts and clients about how to use their solutions. You bring urgency, a bias for action, and are outcome driven. About You Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a primary focus on building and launching generative AI products, including proficiency with LLMs and other generative models Other Qualifications: Must have a good product sense and have used a lot of GenAI/LLM products, experience building and launched products as well. Deep domain expertise in generative AI, including a proven track record of assessing market opportunities and defining product strategies specifically for generative AI-powered solutions. Ability to engage on technical decisions Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning frameworks Excellent at clear and logical communication of technical requirements Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile startup environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various partners Experience in client-facing roles, with skills to bridge the gap between internal and external requirements Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn challenges into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
