About the Team Join our small, mighty and dynamic team as a Senior AI Outbound Product Manager. In this crucial role, you'll be at the forefront of bringing our cutting-edge AI solutions to life to customers and across the organization. You'll ensure our AI agents are launched effectively, playing a vital role in shaping our AI product strategy and serving as the definitive expert on our AI and agent product information. About the Role As a Senior AI Product Manager, Outbound, your key responsibilities will include: Lead AI Agent Launches: Programmatically lead and execute AI agent launch reviews, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and go-to-market strategies. You'll be the orchestrator of our agent deployments. Champion Customer Needs: Drive our Voice of Customer (VoC) program with agent teams, gathering and synthesizing critical insights that directly inform how AI can solve them, product direction and strategic decisions. Influence AI Product Strategy: Play a critical role in supporting the strategic alignment and development of our AI roadmap. Your insights will directly contribute to feature planning and prioritization, ensuring our AI products meet market needs. Be the Source of Truth: Act as the reliable Source of Truth (SoT) for all AI and agent product information. You'll manage and develop content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all internal and external platforms. Develop Compelling Content: Create and manage compelling content related to our AI and agent products for various internal and external stakeholders, translating complex technical details into clear, valuable messages. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Product Marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and execution across all AI product initiatives. About You Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in product management, outbound product management, or technical program management in SaaS. 1+ year of experience and understanding of AI and agent technologies and their real-world applications. Other Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, navigating dependencies and driving to successful outcomes. Solid understanding of customer needs, pain points, and workflows, especially how AI can solve them. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse audiences. A solid understanding of AI/ML models and the underlying technologies used by developers. Given the rapid pace of AI innovation, a growth mindset and the ability to stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and industry trends. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
