Overview We are seeking a bilingual and motivated Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have basic sales experience. This role will involve contacting leads, scheduling student trials, and following up on scheduling and enrollment. Duties • Contacting potential clients • Scheduling trial classes for our new story-writing and video-game-coding group classes. • Build and maintain positive relationships with current clients and promote parent referral program. • Confirming student enrollment • Basic scheduling tasks Experience • Experience in communications, customer service, or sales is preferred. • Ability to speak and write in both English and Chinese. • Ability to work independently and remotely to increase student enrollment and parent referrals.
