Pay & Benefits (Varies by location): You can expect to earn $ 65,000–$ 110,000 per year, including a 50% commission and tips. Let us take care of the phones and the booking. We give our experienced groomers all the autonomy they need to manage their own time. • Flexible schedules – full-time or part-time ** WEEKENDS ARE A MUST ** • Ongoing training and career development • Sign-on bonus for qualified groomers • Paid time off (for full-time groomers after initial waiting period) What You’ll Do: • Provide professional grooming services (scissoring, breed-specific cuts, grooming, de-matting, nail trimming, etc.) • Build positive relationships with pets and their owners • Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all pets • Collaborate with an experienced and supportive grooming team What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 1 year of professional grooming experience • Strong handling and scissoring skills • Passion, patience, and love for animals • Team player with excellent customer service skills We embrace diversity and inclusion: All team members respect each other, our guests, and our furry little friends.
