The Opportunity We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to join Woodside. In this role, you’ll guide the product lifecycle across several ventures, partnering closely with product, engineering, and design teams. You’ll collaborate in person three days a week from our Palo Alto office, shaping product hypotheses, driving MVPs, and helping define how new companies come to life. You’ll work inside a tight, multidisciplinary team built for rapid experimentation and delivery - ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds from first principles, and wants to influence the creation of multiple ventures end to end. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end product cycles across multiple ventures, including discovery, hypothesis definition, validation, prototyping, and iteration Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs for engineering and design Collaborate closely with designers to create wireframes, flows, and demos that clarify direction and accelerate decision-making Partner with engineering and product leadership to drive MVP delivery and establish strong feedback loops from early users Use data, user insights, and model performance evaluation to refine product direction and inform roadmap decisions Build and maintain product rhythms—standups, grooming, sprint reviews—to ensure consistent velocity and alignment across teams What We’re Looking For A founder mindset with experience building or leading early-stage products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments 5+ years of product management experience, including work with lean, agile teams Strong product sense with the ability to scope, design, and drive execution in close partnership with engineers and designers Technical literacy across APIs, AI/ML workflows, and web application architectures Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams, with the ability to bring clarity to complex problems Ability to turn conceptual ideas into visual representations (wireframes, flows, prototypes) that guide alignment and execution Nice to Have Experience in venture studios, applied AI startups, or early-stage company building Familiarity with modern AI tooling and workflows (e.g., LangChain, PyTorch, Replit, Claude, or similar) Background in engineering or product design, or the ability to quickly translate concepts into mocks and demos
