With a commitment to excellence and strategic growth, we seek an Analyst or Associate to join our Investments team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the underwriting, analysis, and execution of real estate investments while contributing to ongoing portfolio management and capital initiatives across the platform. About the Role: The Associate, Investments & Asset Management will be responsible for providing analytical and operational support across Woodmont’s investment activities and existing portfolio. This role will focus on financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, market research, and performance tracking for both new and existing assets. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in real estate finance and an interest in both investment execution and asset management. Responsibilities: • Underwriting & Financial Analysis: Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations across multifamily, industrial, and land assets. • Market Research: Conduct market, demographic, and economic analyses to evaluate investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making. • Due Diligence Support: Coordinate and review property-level and financial due diligence materials, including leases, budgets, third-party reports, and operating statements. • Investment Materials: Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal investment committees and external partners. • Transaction Execution: Assist senior team members with transaction documentation, coordination, and closing processes. • Asset Management: Support monitoring and reporting of existing investments, including variance analyses, capital plans, hold/sell analyses, and partner updates. • Capital Markets Support: Assist in preparing materials for equity and debt partners, including investor reporting and financing packages. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, asset management, and accounting teams to track performance and support strategic initiatives across the portfolio. Qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, asset management, or finance. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel financial modeling and investment analysis. • Familiarity with Argus, CoStar, and real estate valuation concepts preferred. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative and proactive mindset, with strong communication and presentation skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
