Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Spa Coordinator based in Carmel, IN. The Spa Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, provide outstanding customer service, and handle receptionist duties such as greeting guests, answering phone calls, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The Spa Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and serene spa environment while supporting the team in providing exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and strong organizational skills • Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional Communication abilities • Experience with Receptionist Duties and front desk responsibilities • Exceptional Customer Service skills and a focus on creating positive guest experiences • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Experience in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry is a plus
