Overview WonderDads is the leading membership organization for dads, helping them become more prepared, connected, and engaged. As the company enters a major growth transformation with a goal of reaching 500,000 members in the next five years, the Member Success Manager will play a critical role in driving experimentation across local chapters, affiliates, email, and social. Working closely with the founders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, “wear many hats” environment, this role is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience that fuels engagement, retention, and referrals.
