Developer Role and Responsibilities In this role you will facilitate the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) projects through the mobilization, definition, development, and deployment phases. Responsibilities will include project management, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication planning. You will work closely with our team of award-winning business and technical specialists and leaders. Expected Activities: Serve as principal point-of-contact for the client and their team Lead several concurrent projects that involve consultants, developers, and clients Establish the Project Management Plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders as aligned with the delivery operating model Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders Facilitate resource planning activities including assignment, on-boarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e. PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases) Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to help avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks Provide regular weekly status updates including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to client and Program Manager Identify, catalog, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge sharing sessions between internal teams Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree focused in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience. Must have minimum 2 years of project management experience Have excellent planning, problem solving, project management and leadership skill Understand IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc) Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e. Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere) Leadership skills to inspire co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence Understand the drivers of value, including the ability to size and prioritize large scale initiatives across businesses and functions Bonus Points - Any prior work with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, IBM Datacap, etc.) Desired characteristics in candidates Self-motivated and able to take initiative with minimum need of supervision Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Highly motivated, organized and methodical, but can handle change in stride Analytical and proven problem-solving skills High emotional IQ Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated willingness to dive into the details to guide projects to completion Team-orientation rather than an individual contributor Insatiable work ethic Compensation and start dates Hiring now for immediate start Salary: Competitive pay determined by level and experience Benefits: Healthcare, relocation, vacation, holidays, 401k/PF US Headquarter: Las Vegas-NV US professional services hubs: Princeton-NJ, Boston-MA and additional major cities WonderBotz is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
