What You'll Do Every day will present you with unique challenges. You’ll grow your skill set, master various roles, and create a meaningful impact. Create Amazing Food • Prepare menu items to Wonder's exceptional standards while keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized • Adhere to HACCP and all food-safety regulations, including proper temperatures and storage • Manage inventory accurately, ensuring correct portions, and confirm each order is right before dispatch Deliver Incredible Hospitality • Greet guests warmly and assist them with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app • Share your knowledge of our unique concepts, support meal-kit and delivery services, and maintain dispatch accuracy • Engage in light local marketing efforts (flyers, street outreach, etc.) Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best • Ensure top-tier cleanliness and sanitation throughout kitchen and dining areas • Wash, clean, and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment as needed • Manage trash and recycling appropriately and report any equipment issues promptly Be a Key Part of the Team • Support your teammates, step in where needed, and maintain a high-energy, positive working environment • Take on additional duties as assigned • Thrive in a dynamic environment where teamwork and professional development are prioritized Qualifications • At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role • Ability to work quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills and clear verbal communication • Team-oriented with a basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Requirements • Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US • Must be able to lift 50 pounds • Must be able to stand for an entire shift • Must have weekend availability • The qualifications and requirements listed may be used as vetting criteria for applications.
