What You'll Do Every day is unique. You will master various roles, enhance your skill set, and truly make a difference. Create Amazing Food • Prepare menu items according to Wonder standards while ensuring stations are clean, stocked, and organized • Adhere to HACCP and all food safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage • Manage inventory, pack accurate portions, and confirm the accuracy of every order before it’s dispatched Deliver Incredible Hospitality • Warmly greet guests and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app • Share insights about our offerings, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and ensure order accuracy • Engage in light local marketing activities such as distributing flyers and interacting with the community Maintain Restaurant Standards • Uphold top-tier sanitation and cleanliness in both kitchen and dining areas • Wash, clean, and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment during your shift • Properly manage trash/recycling and promptly report any equipment issues Be a Key Part of the Team • Support teammates, pitch in as needed, and foster a positive, high-energy environment • Perform additional duties as assigned • Work collaboratively in a supportive environment where leaders invest in your development Qualifications • At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role • Strong ability to work quickly and accurately with excellent attention to detail • Effective organizational skills and clear verbal communication, with the ability to follow directions • Team-oriented mindset with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Requirements • Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds • Must be able to stand for an entire shift • Weekend availability is required • This list of qualifications and requirements reflects the criteria we use as part of our Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT).
