Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in influencer marketing or PR within beauty or personal care, strong network in beauty influencers, knowledge of beauty content formats, affiliate marketing experience, and excellent communication and project management skills.
Job Description: • Lead Influencer Programs: Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships from identification and outreach through contracting, content creation, and performance analysis, ensuring every collaboration reflects Raw Sugar's brand values and aesthetic across all tiers (nano to mega influencers). • Drive PR Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement media relations plans that build awareness and strengthen Raw Sugar's reputation within the beauty industry. • Manage Product Seeding & Gifting: Coordinate strategic product seeding programs, PR mailers, and influencer gifting strategies that create compelling unboxing experiences for influencers and editors. • Create Impactful Content Briefs: Develop creative briefs for beauty content including tutorials, GRWM videos, reviews, and before/after transformations that drive engagement. • Build & Nurture Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with media contacts, influencers, and brand partners to drive authentic storytelling and earned media coverage. • Support Brand Moments: Coordinate press releases, media kits, events, and launch activations to maximize brand visibility. • Manage Agency Partners: Collaborate with external PR and influencer agencies to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns across earned, owned, and shared channels. • Measure & Optimize: Track KPIs and campaign metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, creative, and legal teams to ensure brand alignment and compliance. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing and/or PR, ideally within beauty or personal care • Proven track record managing influencer programs and PR campaigns that drive measurable engagement and brand awareness • Strong network of and awareness of beauty influencers, makeup artists, and beauty editors • Deep understanding of beauty content formats and platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) • Experience with affiliate marketing and gifting platforms (e.g., #ShopStyle, LTK) • Knowledge of the beauty retail landscape and familiarity with ingredient trends and the clean beauty movement • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills • Strong attention to detail with a creative, proactive mindset • Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments Benefits: • fully paid medical + dental and vision plans • company-paid disability and life insurance • paid time off • 401(k) match • wellness perks including free access to the Calm app and more!
