Job Description As an Artist Success Manager for DeviantArt, you'll be responsible for building meaningful relationships with top sellers on the platform, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You'll design and implement support programs, represent their voice in key decisions, and help them maximize the value of DeviantArt's products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for supporting artists. In your day-to-day, you will: Design and implement support programs for top sellers, including onboarding, ongoing support, and feedback collection Build strong relationships with top users, gathering feedback and representing their needs in product decisions Advocate for top users' success by addressing their business needs and ensuring satisfaction with DeviantArt products Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, such as Community, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product Management Identify and propose new products or services to meet strategic users' needs Communicate product functionalities and value propositions clearly and concisely Warning: Work environment and duties may expose the successful applicant to imagery or photographs designed to be deliberately offensive, obscene, and may depict unacceptable or illegal content. Qualifications 5+ years experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, preferably in eCommerce or consumer web/mobile products Ability to empathize with user needs and deliver tailored solutions Strong team player and self-starter ready to shape a newly created team Able to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of building something from scratch Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and drive success Experience launching new business lines or initiatives, establishing new departments, or owning new functions within an organization – an advantage Experience leading a team of account managers – an advantage Additional Information Founded in August 2000, DeviantArt is the largest online social network for artists and art enthusiasts, and a platform for emerging and established artists to exhibit, promote, and share their works with an enthusiastic, art-centric community. Our members—known as deviants—upload tens of thousands of original pieces of art every day, everything from painting and sculpture to digital art, pixel art, films, and anime. *** The approximate base compensation is $85,000 - $95,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
