Role Description As a full-time Client Relationship Manager, you will work on-site at the Southfield, MI office. In this role, you will manage and develop client relationships, act as a key point of contact, provide exceptional service, and assist in delivering personalized financial planning and investment management solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, addressing client inquiries, managing account openings, and facilitating communication between clients and team members to ensure their needs and goals are met. Qualifications • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members • Proficiency in client communication, account management, and problem-solving • Knowledge of financial planning principles, investment management strategies, and wealth management processes • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively • Experience with CRM software and financial tools is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • Licenses such as Series 65 or CFP designation are desirable
