Title: Corporate Systems Engineer (Mac-First + Linux / Cloud Support) Location: Atlanta Metro Area - Hybrid 2 days/week in office Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on Corporate Systems Engineer to own and scale internal computing and corporate systems infrastructure. This role combines Mac-first endpoint engineering, identity and security architecture, SaaS and collaboration platform administration, and lightweight Linux/cloud systems support. The role requires strong technical depth and a customer-focused mindset in supporting a developer-heavy organization. Core Responsibilities Manage lifecycle of company laptops (≈90% macOS, ≈10% Windows) using MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune) Automate onboarding with zero-touch provisioning and standardized device security baselines Provide high-quality internal IT support and maintain developer workstation environments Administer Okta or similar SSO platform, manage SAML/OIDC integrations and MFA policies Enforce RBAC, least-privilege access, and manage endpoint security tools (EDR / antivirus) Administer Google Workspace and manage SaaS access provisioning and SSO integrations Support collaboration platforms and videoconferencing systems (Zoom / Google Meet) Maintain office networking including WiFi, VLAN segmentation, and firewall policies Administer internal Linux systems (Ubuntu / Amazon Linux), patching, monitoring, and SSH access Support internal infrastructure such as bastion hosts, CI runners, and developer tooling Assist with cloud integrations and IAM management in AWS, Azure, or GCP Participate in incident response and continuous operational improvement Required Background 6+ years experience in IT Engineering or Systems Engineering Strong macOS administration experience in a corporate environment Experience managing MDM platforms and endpoint lifecycle automation Administration of Okta or modern SSO / identity platforms Google Workspace administration and SaaS access management Endpoint security and EDR platform experience Linux systems administration experience (3+ years) Networking fundamentals including WiFi, VLANs, and firewall basics Preferred Experience in a SaaS startup environment (50–300 employees) Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience supporting developer environments and engineering teams Automation or scripting experience (Bash, Python) Successful Profile Strong customer service mindset and high emotional intelligence Clear communication and ability to support both engineers and business teams Automation-first thinking and focus on scalable systems Security-first architecture and operational ownership Benefits: Hybrid work environment Competitive salary and equity Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Opportunities for professional development and growth Generous vacation policy Salary: $127,000-$134,000 (The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.)
