You have over 20 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and leadership in procurement transformations, but no direct food packaging or manufacturing procurement experience.

We are looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager who combines analytical thinking with hands-on execution to optimize sourcing, materials flow, and supplier performance. What You’ll Do • Lead end-to-end procurement for flexible films, forming webs, laminations, and resins or polymers. • Develop and maintain supplier relationships that ensure competitive pricing, consistent quality, and on-time delivery. • Collaborate with Production, QA, Sales, and R&D to align material strategy with business needs. • Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, process improvements, and contract negotiations. • Manage inventory, logistics, and planning to maintain optimal material flow. • Utilize ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus) to track and analyze performance metrics. What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management within food packaging or manufacturing. • Proven success in negotiating and implementing cost savings while maintaining quality and supplier reliability. • Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes related to flexible or rigid packaging. • Data-driven decision making, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
