Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Support Professional, located in Pewaukee, WI. The Direct Support Professional will be responsible for assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities in their daily activities. Responsibilities include providing personal care, supporting clients in community activities, maintaining accurate and thorough records, and working collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality care and support. The role also involves participating in training programs to enhance skills and improve service delivery. Qualifications • Knowledge of Human Services and Intellectual Disabilities • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities • Experience in providing and participating in Training programs • Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
