Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a welcoming atmosphere. • Communicate product information and promotions effectively to customers. • Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently. • Maintain knowledge of sales and promotions to inform customers and drive sales. • Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. • Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance as needed. • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. Qualifications • Previous experience in cellular sales or retail store environments is preferred. • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. • Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • A commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
