Company: Wired E-Bikes Location: Mundelein, Illinois Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year (depending on experience). Job Type: Full-Time (Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day) Job Description: Wired E-Bike is looking for a motivated, outgoing and friendly and individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Representative. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing excellent customer service, and a friendly voice! We are an online direct to consumer e-bike company. We have numerous customers needing phone support for product information, ordering help and general inquiries. This position is remote. A smartphone and a computer are all that's required for the work. PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS REQUIRED Responsibilities: • Answer customer inquiries through phone calls, chat, and emails. • Provide assistance with selecting the right e-bike for them. • Address customer questions and concerns with a problem-solving attitude. • Work remotely, using provided applications to handle calls, chats and emails from your cell phone and/or computer. • **Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company products and policies. Qualifications: • Prior experience with customer service. • Ability to figure things out independently with a can-do attitude. • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Benefits: • Competitive salary starting at $35,000 - $45,000 per year, with potential earnings up to $60,000 based on performance. • Health insurance provided after a six-month probationary period. • Monthly performance reviews with opportunities for raises.
